when the light gleams directly into your eyes, but from a distance, the color of the light tends to be indistinguishable. as you stumble and fall, but nonetheless progress toward the light, the color becomes more identifiable. but until then, the glow is electric and magnetic to wall flowers and scene stealers alike

the light is not always kind. to ill-prepared plebeians, she helps to cast the dark shadows of horrendous monsters; to general citizenry, she is deceptive and therefore a demon.
